it all started with my passion for skateboarding. i was just a kid, but i was totally in love with all those crazy and awesome designs of brands like powell peralta or santa cruz. i was almost addicted and i collect all stickers and advertisements of my favourite brands which i could get.

when i was about 14 a school friend gave me a cracked version of adobe photoshop and a few weeks later we founded our own little skateboard clothing brand. it was totally noobish and we just sell some shirts to our circle of friends but this was the starting point and things took their course. i was never a extremely talented draftsman, but i always had a good eye for design and a feeling for balance and colors and photoshop gave me the platform to use all those skills and with passage of time and a lot of exercise my drawing skills become better and better.

I’m Cátia, I am an illustrator, 2D animator and clothing designer based in Lisbon, Portugal.

I studied architecture in university, and it allowed me to experiment with a lot of different design practices, helping me find out where my passion truly was.

I’ve been working as an illustrator since even before I graduated college. I’ve done murals in coffee shops, vinyl covers, magazine articles, clothing design, prints, enamel pins designs, watercolor paintings, ink artwork and small animations.

Over the last 5 years I’ve had clients like Bloomberg Business Magazine, Fiverr, Tsha, Wyclef Jean, LAG records UK (for Joe Hisaishi) and others. I’ve collaborated with brands like Lazy Oaf and my work can be found in magazines like It’s Nice That and Booooooom.

I am currently working on my first graphic novel, when I have free time from commercial/commission work, and I also spend some of my free time in the studio creating new clothing designs with my artwork on it and experimenting with natural dyes, which eventually leads me to create my own watercolors using plants, which ends up in my illustration work as well! Everything is connected!

Nothing makes me happier than creating and I think I could honestly stay in my studio for a very, very long time (not to say forever) and be okay with that!

I live and work in Blackheath. After moving here nearly 10 years ago I've featured in numerous exhibitions and produced a mountain of work. My studio looks onto the majestic Mt Blackheath and I enjoy connecting with the environment regularly and have gotten to know the local bushwalks and fire trails. I've seen the landscape change with the climate and environment and I'm constantly awed by the regenerative ability of the native bush. Despite the challenges of working from home and bringing up 3 boys in an area not renowned for it's diverse educational opportunities I've recently had success in holding workshops aimed at coaching and mentoring aspiring artists.

Artur Shirin fancies bright colours, emoji-like characters and visibly dark lines and mark-ups. Having a strong graffiti background he has formed a distinct artistic voice as an illustrator. Calling on references from virtually every major art movement of the twentieth century, twisting them through his own bold hand, and tossing them haphazardly onto canvases to create a melee of captivating

chaos, Alex Lehours approaches his art making with a decidedly ‘more is more’ attitude. Sindy Sinn is an illustrator dude, mural artist, heavy metal fan, silly bugger and bottomless pit of rad ideas. Equal parts bold and deranged, his designs have been adapted for all sorts of illustrative branding. From logos and tour merch to murals and everything in between, each with their own loud and fun style and a sense of spontaneous energy.

In fact, Sindy’s savage linework, creepy characters and punchy lettering are loved by bands, bars, and awesome brands across the world. Metallica, The Misfits, Mambo, MARYS and many more. And if you get in close enough for a sniff, you’ll find his lingering scent in the hand painted murals of bars, restaurants, offices and tattoo parlours across Australia, New York, Los Angeles and London.

He’s the Co-Founder of Snake Eyes Studios – a six-man digital studio located (literally) inside the Young Henrys Brewery in Newtown, Sydney. And while he has a rep for being the loudest guy in the room, his rockstar service and beer-overfloweth attitude makes up for it.

His process is furious and professional. He’s a creative machine. Smashing out ideas and turning gritty, hand-drawn concepts into polished, print-ready designs and monstrous murals. He’s ruthless with his time, learns everything there is to know about a brand and throws everything he has at each project. And it’s this energy and professionalism that puts the ‘fuck yeah!’ in each brand collaboration.

I'm a Sydney based illustrator and artist. I've always been interested in mixing old and new themes in my work and I'm usually taking my cues from Manga and Japanese culture, skateboarding, video games and pop culture references. All this goes into each of my pieces in varying measures making my work kinda like taking a trip through "Bladerunner” if it was set in feudal Japan. The result is Geishas done in neon tones, Manga characters, and 80s sunsets.
